They still have to deal with the demons of their past. For Mak'ren Stoneshaper, the Dwarven Sorcerer is trying to protect his homeland from the Steam Mephits he might have created with his new found arcane power, but the battle comes with a cost. Meanwhile, Xonimus finds himself on top of the world with Wiley "Smokes" Moran, but can this partnership last? Halfling Druid Poppy Tealeaf returns to the campfire with Yazgash, but this time a strange figure welcomes her. And, Gideon Block, weary from the Long Vigil, gets ready to take the "Oath of the Silver Star".
