Seattle attorney Greg McLawsen joins us to discuss the administration's new "public charge" rules for immigrants who are trying to "do it the right way." Greg dissects the 800 page rule that is supposed to go into effect in October. While there is a great deal of uncertainty in how the standards will actually be applied, one thing is for sure: this whole thing serves as a totally unnecessary obstacle for those trying to legalize their status.
