Welcome! to the first episode of Reflections with VAL. Podcast with your host, VAL. and guest host LRD TRILL. LRD TRILL is a current Hip-Hop underground artist from New Brunswickn NJ. This episode was based on our life transitions and how we react to them personally. Every person in life has gone through a sudden change. This episode we brake down those moments in life and reflect back on our growth from the past to present time. During those transitions I asked LRD TRILL what kind of music he created in those life processes? was it hard for him to create in that time? or easier? how did he transition from his first heartbreak and did music help him in that? The purpose of this podcast is to be completely transparent and honest in sharing our life stories. This generation can get so stuck on routines, trends, and image that we forget who we are at the end of it. I want others to listen and feel un alone from what they may go through or experienced.
