He focuses on how enhancements to the technology used for online license applications and renewals has resulted in better service to the citizens of Wisconsin. New cloud-based technology enables applicants to sit in the drive's seat of their application process to submit the documentation and move it forward, while Department staff are better able to identify applications that are ready for review and move those forward most quickly and efficiently.
