So he sets a trap – one he knows 007 will not be able to resist!Double agent Tatiana Romanova says she will defect with a valuable decoding device, if Bond goes to Istanbul to collect them. SPECTRE plans to set the British at odds with the Russians, sell the Lektor back to the Soviets at a profit, and lure Bond to his death.
