For Episode 73 of REV with Rachel, Rev. Dr. Rachel Wetzsteon interviews an amazing leader in the fitness industry, Kimberly Spreen-Glick, for Creating Unshakeable Self-Worth. For over 25 years in the health and fitness industry, Kimberly has been blessed with many opportunities as a teacher, trainer, coach, program developer and director to work with countless great programs, companies and people. 

She has presented workshops on leadership, fitness, yoga and personal development at conferences all over the world, served as the Senior Director of Group Fitness & Yoga for Life Time Fitness for over 10 years and was the 2015 IDEA Program Director of the Year.

Kimberly stepped away from the corporate world in 2017 to create two new online platforms:
The Make A Difference Academy, which provides continuing education and coaching for fitness and yoga instructors and…
The Inspired Life, which provides empowerment for women to live their happiest lives through online programs and live events.

Kimberly had struggled through various stages of her life with bullying and low self-worth (which led to a 15+ year battle with eating disorders beginning at age 11) as well as the stress and anxiety that many women face which comes from living for everyone else(personally and professionally) and not being true to her own heart.

But, in addition to her experience as a leader in the health and fitness industry, she spent over 10 years diving into the studies of personal development, positive psychology, various wisdom traditions, brain science and spirituality. Kimberly went from "unworthy" to "unstoppable" and created the life of her dreams.

Above all else, Kimberly remains a passionate student of life and fills her cup through helping others feel empowered to be themselves, let their authentic light shine and live the life they were meant to live. And she knows that, when we let our light shine, it naturally allows us to help others shine their light as well.
