The show kicked off with Andrew and Jeff started the show off by debating which goal vs OTT was better, the Schenn or Miller effort. They talked about Travis Hamonic and his place in the team. They wondered why Brad Hunt hasn’t been snuck through waivers just to get a few games in. The guys talked about the decision the Canucks have to make on one or more of their superstars and if Boeser has a place on the American Olympic team.

Daniel Wagner of VIA joined the guys to talk about how great the Canucks winning is! Says they needed those wins badly. They had some good games but weren’t getting the results. Talked about Brock Boeser and the season he is having. Says he is having a strong underlying game, like EP, but you aren’t seeing it on the score sheet. Thats fine, but that isn’t what they are paying him for. Talked about Jason Dickinson. His 5v5 defence has been very good. The lowest goals against per 60 minutes for Canucks forwards. The bad part is, it isn’t translating to the PK at all. He is being asked to do more and isn’t capable of doing that. He is terrible in the face-off circle. Wags thinks he could be better as a winger. Talked about EP40. Says the only thing he can do is outthink other players. Talked about Hamonic and when we could see him back in the lineup. Talked about what he expects from the upcoming home stand. He has learned not to expect anything. There is a chance they could go on a run. Not letting himself be optimistic. Talked about what he thinks will happen with Travis Green.

Following that the guys debated whether Evander Kane would be a good fit with the team.
