Australia nuclear deal sparks proliferation fears - a podcast by ABC Radio

There are concerns Australia's nuclear submarine deal could undermined global efforts at non-proliferation and open a loophole for countries trying to develop weapons to exploit.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has been keen to emphasise the deal will see Australian submarines powered by nuclear propulsion but won't involve nuclear weapons, and won't breach non-proliferation commitments.
