Closing The Gap funding package welcomed - a podcast by ABC Radio

There's been a positive response from Indigenous leaders and organisations around the country to the Federal Government's commitment of $1.1billion to tackle Indigenous disadvantage in health, education, justice and employment in a new Closing The Gap funding package. Federal Labor also welcomed the implementation plan, but Shadow Minister for Indigenous Australians Linda Burney warns there's a long way to go and more will be needed.
