In Australia many cases of workplace sexual harassment end up before one of the state or federal human rights commissions with cases usually resolved with confidentiality agreements for those involved. 


The process has been criticised for not being transparent and allowing repeat offenders to go unchecked,  so some industries have taken to creating their own internal blacklists to avoid hiring past perpetrators.
