A scathing review into the workplace culture at Parliament House has found that half the people working in the building have been bullied, sexually harassed and even assaulted.

Sex Discrimination Commissioner Kate Jenkins says power, gender inequality, a lack of diversity and a lack of accountability in Parliament has created an environment that allows unsafe behaviour to go unchecked.
