Leading US scientist says origin of COVID-19 needed to prevent future pandemics - a podcast by ABC Radio

US President Joe Biden has ordered US intelligence officials to "redouble" their efforts to investigate the origins of COVID-19, including the possibility the trail might lead to a laboratory in Wuhan.

In March, the World Health Organisation released a report stating that scenario was extremely unlikely but a growing number of health experts in the US say it's "absolutely essential" to learn the origin of the pandemic.
