Residents in the Greater Brisbane area are in lockdown as health authorities try to get on top of a COVID-19 outbreak.
This latest cluster of locally transmitted coronavirus has risen to seven, including a nurse who worked in the COVID Ward of Brisbane's Princess Alexandra Hospital where a doctor was infected with the UK variant two weeks ago.
Both the doctor and the nurse had not received a COVID-19 vaccination and the Queensland Opposition is questioning why frontline workers are falling through the gaps of the rollout.
