Tasmanian government funds Red Cross prisons program - a podcast by ABC Radio

For the first time, Australian taxpayers will fund a world renowned prison program for inmates designed by the Red Cross.

It was an idea that came out of the Irish prison system, and is currently run in New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia.
