WHO says vaccines should work against Omicron variant - a podcast by ABC Radio

Preliminary research from the Africa Health Research Institute found the Pfizer vaccine produced up to 40 times fewer neutralising antibodies against Omicron.

But the study - which has yet to be peer-reviewed - indicates a third dose of the vaccine should be enough to increase effectiveness against the new variant.
