Federal Court to hear legal challenge to India travel ban - a podcast by ABC Radio

A Federal Court challenge has been launched against the Australian government's emergency declaration, making it an offence for Australian citizens to return home from India while there's the travel ban in place. Lawyers acting on behalf of a 73 year old Melbourne man Gary Newman have launched the case.
