It has been a golden day for New Zealand athletes in Tokyo. Lisa Carrington is on top of the world, winning a third gold medal in the same event in three consecutive Olympics.
She's now got five Olympic medals to her name. She dominated the K-1 200m - blasting to victory and leaving the rest of the competition in her wake.
But just over an hour later there was more. She and Caitlyn Regal got more gold, this time in the K-2 500m.
And most recently sailor Josh Junior has been vying for a medal in the finn class. Our reporter Clay Wilson joins Lisa Owen with the latest.
