Nick Smith altercation: Collins had known of inquiry for months - a podcast by RNZ

National Leader Judith Collins has all but confirmed she warned outgoing MP Nick Smith the media was on to a story about an altercation in his office.
Dr Smith will leave Parliament next week after announcing his resignation on Monday.
He said details of an employment dispute were about to hit the headlines and it was best for him to leave politics.
But no such story has appeared - and it's not clear why he was told one would be coming.
