Former staff members at the Gulf Harbour Country Club on Auckland's Whangaparaoa Peninsula say they're owed more than $100,000 after getting laid off on the spot. The club abruptly closed in July, leaving workers out of pocket. But the director and owner have gone to ground, giving no indication when, or if, they'll pay up.
