Sobering new evidence has been presented to the Royal Commission of Inquiry into Abuse in Care.
Keith Wiffin was sent to Epuni Boys Home when he was 10, and sexually abused by a housemaster, Alan Moncrieff-Wright, who was later convicted of assaulting three boys, including Wiffin.
In new evidence to the inquiry yesterday, Keith Wiffin said there is evidence suggesting Moncrieff-Wright also played a role in prostituting boys.
Wiffin spoke to Gyles Beckford.
