A proposal to build an international airport in the small Central Otago settlement of Tarras has reopened a divide in the town.
Almost a decade ago, a proposal for an irrigation scheme split the community - with long-time farmers on one side and more recent arrivals on the other.
As Timothy Brown reports, the airport proposal has divided the community along similar lines.
