Bad reception putting some offenders behind bars - a podcast by RNZ

Some offenders are having to serve prison sentences because they don't live in areas with good enough reception for electronic monitoring.
The Corrections Department cannot say how often this happens, but has recently signed a $180m contract for new equipment which will improve coverage so fewer people are disadvantaged.
