Billing trouble means some MIQ guests getting free stay - a podcast by RNZ

Cabinet documents reveal officials have automatically given almost one in four MIQ guests a free stay because they haven't been able to track them down.
In February the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment asked if it could move to a pre-pay system - but the government declined.
