A marathon stay in Australia is over for the New Zealand Breakers basketball team, whose players expressed relief and joy after touching down in Auckland yesterday.
It ended a long offshore stint for the sports team - their five-months across the ditch having taken them to numerous bases and match venues - much of it while adhering to ever-changing Covid-19 rules and restrictions.

Breakers owner Matt Walsh spoke to Corin Dann.
