Auckland early childhood centre owners are annoyed details about how to re-open today under the new level three rules came through at the eleventh hour.
From Wednesday Auckland early learning services can accept any children, not just those of essential workers and people with no other childcare options, so long as they are in bubbles of no more than ten.
They said this week's announcement has created an unrealistic expectation that all children can return to early learning and that won't be the case.
