An international counter terrorism expert believes an attack at Christchurch's Linwood Islamic Centre in 2019 could have been avoided if police knew about the warning passed on by a parliamentary worker.
The remarks came yesterday as the coronial inquiry into the 51 deaths of the March 15th terror attacks entered its seventh and final week.
Evidence was heard from two counter terrorism experts who examined the emergency response effort..
