Court documents giving victims' details to offenders - a podcast by RNZ

Victims of crime are unknowingly passing on their name, address and phone number to the offender, when they apply for court documents using a Ministry of Justice application form.
Legislation requires the offender or their lawyer to see the form.
Women's Refuge says it's an absolute shocker of an oversight.
