This is the second person who has been in contact with RNZ unhappy with the communication coming from health officials about potential mixup at the Highbrook centre.
Five patients out of more than 700 may have received a low or no dose of the vaccine on July 12 and still hadn't been told six weeks later until RNZ broke the story.
The Director General of Health then promised people would would be contacted within 24 hours by email or letter.
