Businesses say the government's order of rapid antigen tests has tripped up their pandemic planning.
The Food and Grocery Council says it's members are profoundly disappointed the government has jumped to the front of the queue and is getting tests that would otherwise have come to them.
The Government has 14 million tests arriving in a month and private businesses who pre-ordered tests now face delays in getting their own tests.
