A young man spent six days living in his car with Covid-19 as health groups tried to find him and help him.
Health workers on the frontline say it is another sign of the public health system under strain as most Covid-19 patients are cared for at home.
Pasifika Futures chief executive Debbie Sorenson, says there are delays getting people into quarantine - and some who should be there are missing out.
Her organisation is helping hundreds of Pacific people either with Covid-19 or their close contacts, and many of them live in busy multi-generational homes where isolation is hard to do safely.
She told health correspondent Rowan Quinn her teams worked to find the man isolating in his car.
