Tensions have boiled over this week as MPs grappled with how Parliament operates while alert level restrictions remain in place.
National Party leader Judith Collins has taken umbrage with criticisms of her, along with ACT, demanding Parliament sit in person - albeit with very few in attendance.
It culminated in a extraordinary interview on Breakfast, where Collins fired up over questions about her and other MPs travelling to the capital under alert level 4.
