Some of the thousands of university students who are spending lockdown in their halls of residence, are feeling frustrated that they weren't told what would happen to their accommodation payments before the travel window shut.
Almost all universities have now paused payments for those who aren't currently living in their hall rooms, but advocates say students should have been told that when the lockdown was first announced.
