Hospitals are holding one-on-one interviews with vaccine hold-outs in the hope it can persuade them to get a jab before they lose their job.
Any DHB employee who hasn't had a first vaccine dose will be stood down from Tuesday unless they have an exemption.
It's been a huge logistical job for hospitals, who are having to check that everyone from taxis drivers to building contractors and senior doctors have had a Pfizer shot.
