A positive case of Covid-19 travelled to Wellington from Sydney last weekend.
Any passengers on two flights between Sydney and Wellington are being asked to isolate immediately and call healthline for more information.
So far the Ministry of Health has not added any locations of interest in the Wellington area.
The government announced a 72-hour pause to a travel bubble between New Zealand and New South Wales on Tuesday.
