The World of Wearable Art show has suffered a set back amid the lockdown.
The WOW stage was under construction in the TSB Arena, rehearsals were underway and models were being fitted into garments, but this week organisers reluctantly pulled the plug.
WOW's chief executive David Tingey spoke to Corin Dann.
