Melburnians are waking up to another week in lockdown, as the state of Victoria records another 20 community cases of Covid-19.
With five of the new infections considered "mystery cases", officials warn easing restrictions now could cause the outbreak to blow up even more, as it has in New South Wales.
There, health officials are grappling with hundreds of new cases and they're expecting the crisis to worsen.
University of Melbourne epidemiologist Professor Tony Blakely spoke to Corin Dann.
