Covid 19: Mortgage deferral scheme winding up after almost a year - a podcast by RNZ

The mortgage deferral scheme winds up on Wednesday almost a year after it was introduced.
The scheme was rolled out in response to the pandemic to help mortgage holders experiencing hardship to defer principal and interest payments until they got back on their feet.
Nearly 95 percent of those who were on the scheme are now off it.
