Te Tai Tokerau is waking this morning to looser Covid-19 restrictions than yesterday.
Northland has been released from its ties to Auckland which remains at alert level 4.
But there is much to be negotiated in making level 3 work for business.
Regional economic development agency Northland Inc chief executive Murray Reade and Thérèse Wickbom, director of Cafe Cinema in Kerikeri, who's been prepping for re-opening in level 3, spoke to Susie Ferguson.
