Among the requirements introduced by the government is for all essential workers crossing Auckland's boundary to have a Covid-19 test every seven days.
The announcement has been condemned by the Road Transport Forum, which says getting truck drivers regularly tested will be a logistical nightmare and that producitivity will take pounding.
Road Transport Forum chief executive Nick Leggett spoke to Susie Ferguson.
