The Wh?nau Ora commissioning agency is in the High Court today, fighting the Ministry of Health for data they say could ramp up the vaccination campaign for M?ori.
The chief executive for the agency, John Tamihere, asked for the health information of all unvaccinated M?ori, but the Ministry denied the request, citing privacy issues.
