A Wellington business owner wants the government to offer more help for Covid-19 affected businesses after her restaurant became a location of interest and was forced to close.
Highwater Eatery was closed on Wednesday after the announcement a man from Sydney with the virus had dined there.
Rachael Stevens is the business manager and says almost all staff are isolating, leaving them no one to run the eatery for the next two weeks, as stock goes to waste and bills mount.
She told reporter Charlotte Cook about the impact of being a location of interest.
