A collection of classic cars up for auction have made an undignified exit from the ASB Showgrounds after the venue was suddenly closed this week, having been placed into liquidation.
Staff from Webbs Auction House could scarcely believe it when their sales pitch to prospective car buyers was interrupted on Tuesday night.

Webbs Auction House head of collectors' cars, motorcycles and automobilia Caolan McAleer spoke to Susie Ferguson.
