The family of a man who died days after suffering injuries when he fell or jumped out a Palmerston North Hospital window are holding the hospital responsible for his death.
They say it was negligent in its care of Paul Rowe and in the subsequent search for him, with the man lying injured and cold on a balcony for 2-and-a-half hours before he was found.
Manawatu reporter Jimmy Ellingham spoke to Morning Report.
