The family of a mentally ill man who was shot at eight times as he ran away from police, are angry they have been waiting nearly four years for a Coroner's Inquest into his death.
At Easter in 2018, 29-year-old Jerrim Toms was shot four times as he walked towards police with a machete, and then eight more times as he ran away, with one bullet hitting his lower back.
