We hear a lot of doom and gloom about how hard it is for buyers to get a foot on the property ladder, but first-home buyers share of the property market has reached a record high.
A new report from CoreLogic shows that they represented 26.4 percent of the market in the past quarter.
The property research firm's chief economist Kelvin Davidson told Corin Dann, they are rushing in where investors are now a little wary to tread.
