A long-time Wellington disability advocate is worried about the prospect of a carless Golden Mile in the capital.
A car ban is to be introduced in 2024 along Courtenay Place, Lambton Quay and Manners and Willis streets.
Only buses, cyclists and pedestrians will be permitted.
