Government spent more than $1b on consultants last year - a podcast by RNZ

More than $1 billion was spent last year by the largest 17 Government departments and agencies on private contractors and consultants.
The Covid-19 response has forced spending up, and there's more to come, say several agencies in their annual reviews.
