Green Party calls for rental WOFs, register of property managers, instead of investors' plan - a podcast by RNZ

Green MP Chlöe Swarbrick is rejecting the call from the Property Investors Federation to impose bonds of over $7000 on renters, and build a public catalogue of bad tenants.
Instead she wants a register of property managers and a rental Warrant of Fitness to ensure rentals are healthy to live in.
The Human Rights Commission last week called for an independent authority to regulate rentals, due to low standard of living many renters are subjected to.
Swarbrick spoke to Corin Dann.
