More now on the Winter Olympic triumph of Zoi Sadowski-Synnott, who will leave Beijing today with gold and silver medals.
The 20-year-old from Wanaka won the Slopestyle event last week and followed that with an equally spectacular silver in the Big Air yesterday.
She hopes her performances can be an inspiration.
Another hoping it can be a catalyst for more young New Zealanders on our slopes is South Island tourism executive Bridget Legnavsky.
She spoke to Susie Ferguson.
