Housing market investor enthusiasm on the wane - QV - a podcast by RNZ

Those anxiously watching the overheated housing market may draw some comfort from new QV figures showing that investor enthusiasm appears to be slightly on the wane.
According to QV general manager David Nagel, while the market is "extremely bullish", there are growing signs that this property growth cycle is starting to transition.
Isn't that what we've been hearing for some considerable time now? And why does it never quite seem to happen?
